I had a freezer that was slowly dying. Pete was really responsive over messages, then later over text. He came by and had my problem diagnosed within a few minutes. As it turned out repair would be more expensive than buying a new fridge (I had multiple freon leaks), he didn’t charge me for the visit. He gave me good advice on which brands to target for the replacement, too.
